Keith Clarke is a seasoned medical malpractice trial attorney with extensive experience handling high-value cases across a broad range of medical specialties. From complex surgical errors and delays in cancer diagnoses to birth injuries, he has consistently secured favorable outcomes for his clients, whether through settlements or at trial.

Known for his easygoing personality, Keith builds strong connections with clients, ensuring that their difficult stories are told with clarity and conviction. His experience includes cases involving internal medicine, anesthesiology, obstetrics/gynecology, surgery, cardiology, pediatrics, urology, gastroenterology, nephrology, pulmonology, psychiatry, radiology, pathology, and nursing home negligence. Keith is a graduate of Albany Law School (2011) and also holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Transfer (2008)from Albany Law. He is deeply involved in the legal community, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Westchester County Bar Association (2022-2025) and as Co-Chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Trial and Tort Committee (2022-2025).

Outside of the courtroom, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, a talented and accomplished veterinarian, and their three children—a six-year-old son and two daughters, aged four and two. Their household also includes three loyal and loving dogs. When he isn’t chasing after children or animals, he can often be found running long distances or playing basketball.
