We’re proud to announce that Jason Null, Esq. will be joining the NYIL team. Jason was born and raised in
Kingston, New York. After spending several years away pursuing his education and building his career as an attorney, he returned to the Hudson Valley to put down roots and raise his family in the place he proudly calls home.
Jason brings deep litigation experience and a distinctive perspective to the firm, having spent more than a decade handling insurance defense matters. He has managed thousands of cases involving negligence, product liability, premises liability, Labor Law, and toxic tort claims. With both trial experience and a strong record of resolving high-value cases pre-litigation, Jason delivers practical, results-driven advocacy for clients.
Having handled cases involving catastrophic injuries, Jason understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial toll these situations place on victims and their families. His experience fuels a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, diligence, and results.
When he’s not working, Jason values time with his family—his wife and three children—above all else.
